SAFEWAY COUPON POLICY:

• Accepts manufacturer coupons.
• You can stack Safeway coupons with manufacturer coupons. You can load Safeway coupons onto your Safeway Just For You Rewards Card.

 

• You can tell a difference when loading coupons because Safeway coupons are actual prices and manufacturer’s loadable coupons are $ off a purchase.  Also, at the bottom of the coupon it will state Store Coupon or MFG Coupon (MFG = Manufacturer’s)
• You can also find Safeway Store coupons within the sales advertisement.
•  The one thing that is different about Safeway’s coupon policy is that they will not allow coupons on free items, for example if you have an item that is on a B1G1 free sale you can only use 1 coupon.

• Safeway (just for u), Personalized coupons Just for You based on what you purchase.  Sometimes you may even receive free coupons or $5 off $25 purchase coupons.  These coupons you will need to load to your Safeway card to use in store.
• Rain Checks are issued when items are advertised and out of stock.  Rain Checks are good for 90 days and up to 6 items.
• Here is the Safeway App for Smartphones.  Use the app to easily get coupons and find weekly savings.
• Sales Advertisement is a midweek sale starting Wednesday and ending on Tuesday.  Safeway has many items on a one day sale known as $5 Fridays.  Usually these are hot deals and only available for the one day.  Many of the deals will run out before the end of the day so grab rain checks for these sold out items.
• Email thespenderella@gmail.com to receive the Sunday newspaper delivered to your home for just $1 each, up to 5 papers per household.
• Compare the Safeway sales ad to the Coupon Database for coupon match ups.
• Coupon Sweep at Safeway stores as they are typically loaded with tear pad and peelie coupons.  I also was lucky finding alcohol coupons & rebates at Safeway stores.  Go HERE to watch my video about these awesome alcohol coupons and don’t have to buy alcohol.
